NEW LOCATION: Vintage Ruse 256 Shoreline Hwy, Mill Valley at Tam Junction. You may remember this as the Oriental rug store that always had a big GOING OUT OF BUSINESS sale sign. This is about a half mile from the Mill Valley/Stinson beach exit on Hwy 101. Parking: Vintage Ruse has a small lot that can park about a dozen cars double parked. I’ll be there to help the early birds park. To get to this lot, it’s better to come from the north on Miller Ave/Almonte Blvd, and it’s the last driveway on the right AFTER the donut store but before the light. If you are coming from the south on Hwy 1 to Almonte, you can’t make a left into the lot so continue north on Almonte and turn around at Helen Ave. You can also just park on the east side of the street or in the native plant/pottery studio lot - it is NOT limited to 2 hours. You can also park a block away in the Good Earth or Walgreen’s parking lots.
